I had a very pleasant stay at Hilton for two days. The room included breakfast and afternoon tea, which tasted very good. Very pleasantly surprised! The Danube River is right outside the room window. The room is also very big. The two children had a lot of fun playing. It's only a few minutes to the subway station, so it doesn't feel far to walk around. The view and the vibe are amazing! You can enjoy the sunset at the riverside canteen or walk along the river that is really relaxing. Also, the pool is great, especially during summer. But it only opens until 8pm which we did not catch up. Above, it was quite good. Recommended :)

Hilton Vienna Waterfront was the most expensive hotel we purchased during our 15-day European tour, but where we had the worst accommodation experience.
To summarize:
1-) We were at the hotel lobby for check-in on July 5, 2024 at 17:00. It took us about 2 hours to check in. I was told there was a technical problem.
2-) We entered our room after 2 hours. The room was stuffy and damp. We could not request a room change as we were told that there were no other similar rooms in the hotel.
3-) Even though the reservation was for 4 people, there were 2 sets of towels in the room.
4-) Towels were left dirty.
5-) The shower system is very bad. Water flows very little.
Unfortunately, I can say that it is the worst Hilton I have ever stayed in.
The only positive thing was that there was no parking fee to compensate for the long wait at check-in.
