Hotel well located and close to transport links such as metro and tram stations.

Excellent aparthotel within walking distance to all attractions! We were very pleased with our room - great new appliances in both the bathroom and kitchen! We would be happy to stop here again

Excellent aparthotel. Very convenient location. Tram stops nearby. Routes #1, 2, D. Metro station and airport bus stop nearby. You can walk to Stephanplatz. The room is clean. There is everything you need. Comfortable mattress and pillows.
Very polite staff. There are employees who know several languages, which is important if you do not speak English well, and especially German.
We thank the staff for their help with check-in, attention, help in solving any issues, as well as for their friendliness and goodwill throughout our stay.

The location of the hotel is in Vienna central area which is excellent. Tram stops are just at the hotel you can be conveniently traveling.
A kitchenette in the room is equipped with sink, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and coffee machine which are very good.
The hotel staffs are very nice and excellent service. I would recommend.

It's a residence-type hotel, but it's 4 stars. Then, it should have provided most of the hotel services, but it was absurd that it didn't.
