This location was super cute. The whole hotel is musical/arts themed. They offer free cold lemon water in the reception area, they have a pool table and lounge, and a full bar/coffee bar that is open 24 hours. AC was not as cool as I would have liked, but was still completely functional and necessary for the 90+ degree F weather. I would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel is very artsy. It is clean and spacious for 3 adults. Location is good as it is attached to a mall. Staff are friendly. However the wondows are not heated hence water will seep through causing wet floor around the window. Parking is a huge issue as roadside parking are not allowed and had to park in garage ( paid €21 per night). Overall it is value for money but you need to travel abit to town centre.

Very decent room and price. Only issue was I did not have any curtains (broken upon arrival), so no darkness to sleep. Location is close to public transport!

It is a good clean hotel next to a shopping centre and close to station. Friendly staff and arts theme runs throuout the buildimg.

Was not luxurious however it was Comfortable Stay ! Looks small hotel outside but lot of rooms inside. Room is clean, towels are new, bed sheets are smooth white and spotless. Small lobby, with bar. The reception lady with a bit chubby and curly hair is very attentive, on my check in process, she understands the needs, and full of basic information. Sorry I forgot the name. Breakfast has good options of food. Though can be improved on refilling and display. Location is great and accessible to anywhere. Entire ATF’s are willing to assists. Thank you for the great and comfortable stay.

Great helpful staff, there is a supermarket nearby called koc supermarket, decent prices and a lot of restaurants and sights within a short walk.

Easy to locate. Tram/bus available at 5 min walk from hotel to head to city center. The ride takes around 20 mins The lobby/reception is welcoming. We loved chatting with the receptionist from Taiwan 😊😊she gave us so many tips and recommendations. Lobby area good to hang out. Coffee was ok. Love the courtyard for if you are a smoker. Towels and sheets and bed very very clean. Even bathroom is clean. Bed very very comfortable. Room is spacious with ability to place two big suitcases and move around. Great air conditioning! However we found two roaches in our room. One in the first day one in the last day. Not sure where they came from. When we asked reception for bug spray in the late night hours, he said there was nothing they could do. The interior is old and worn. Carpets and walls outside the rooms in the hallways are dirty. But that didn’t impact us except for the two roaches in our room. They could have well come from outside, not sure. I would love to stay here again But I would also love they change the carpet in the hallways

Usually our housekeeping team is there to help, or our artists at the reception may come to the room - as the nighty is a lonestar it was unfortunately not possible to leave the reception, our apologies. The room we were placed was too far to walk to for people with disabilities. I asked to changed but no changes made to change room.

The hotel is lovatee about 30 mins walk to the city center and all the attracrions. Friendly stuff, the room was big and clean.

⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great location, shopping centre right next to it. Just a stroll away from the Tram. Very convenient and affordable place to stay. Breakfast buffet has so many varieties of delicious food and sweet and fruits. Shoutout to the front desk ladies that letting me checking in early as I was arriving from a hot humid Munich and soaked in sweat and haven’t had a bath for nearly 20 hours already. I was begging for a room for shower and I don’t need a room yet but they did manage to find one available room for me to check in at a lower grade room that I booked for but those lovely ladies at the front desk was not hesitate to help out at all and they were very happy to help with such lovely smiles which I’m so grateful for as I didn’t have a good time with the hospitality services in Italy. I do really appreciate the kind and lovely service and smiles from front desk people to the dining service room and the cleaning ladies. All staff have maintained a very respectful & welcoming vibe that is rare in Europe. So thank you so much ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
