Spacious and cozy room with an incredible view. Convenient location in the centre of Vienna.

Love the view, love the design, love the hospitality. Love it all so much🤍🤍🤍🤍 Once I step in, the staff are taking care your luggage immediately, you got a very warm welcome with the greeting and drinks and the front desk are very nice, this is the best welcome at my long Europe trip and with no doubt is the best one. The room have a very large and comfortable space, very clean, bright and the selection of the small electric equipment are prefect, live the coffee machine, blue tooth speaker and everything. And the bath tub are stunning. I will visit again and again for this perfect stay. Thank you so much for the hospitality during the trip.

Good size room with amenities included including nespresso machine and bedroom slippers. Nearest station at Schwedenplatz.

I have visited the hotel on last Augest and also last week for the second time but unfortunately i will not come again. I booked for 4 nights and on the third day i have to leave due to urgent commitments. I have tried to get back the money for two nights through my travel agent but unfortunately the hotel has refused to do so. By this attempt the lose my loyalty to their hotel and i will not ever think to book or even recommend to anyone to book with this hotel who they would love to lose their costumers loyalty to gain the money. Me as person i love to feel home at any hotel and i keep going to the same hotels each time.

The rooms are well spaced and spacious, and the pure white color scheme makes them feel stylish and tidy. You can enjoy the vast and open city view of Vienna. Snacks and drinks in the mini bar are free and replenished every day, and the service is excellent.

The location is convenient, right in the city center, with a supermarket nearby. It is a 3-minute walk to the subway station and the tram station, and a 10-minute walk to the airport bus station. The rooms are big enough and the beds are big and comfortable. The TV is thin and has a screen projection function, but it cannot be used. The daily cleaning is very clean, the minibar is free, and the juice is delicious. When the door is opened in the shower area, water drips onto the floor. The front desk service is friendly, but it's a pity that I checked in too late and couldn't arrange a high-rise hotel. The gym room is large and well-equipped

The hotel room is very cost-effective in the city center. The design is fashionable, unique, bright and clean. It is eye-catching. Especially the sky bar on the top floor is a must-see for nightclubs in the city.

The most satisfying destination for this honeymoon trip! First of all, I would like to praise the housekeeper Xiaoqing, Yusu, and Xiatian! They helped to note the honeymoon trip. The hotel specially prepared champagne, and I don’t know if it was upgraded, but the room was on the top floor, directly looking at Stephen’s Cathedral, and the Internet celebrity restaurant on the 18th floor. Others lined up to make reservations for guests staying in the hotel to eat breakfast directly. Although there were some mistakes in the breakfast process, the housekeeper actively handled it and solved it very promptly. If the itinerary had not changed, I would have planned to continue staying. I stayed at Anatara, a New York coffee shop in Budapest, so I wanted to choose a more modern one in Vienna, SO it is really worth staying, and the transportation is also very convenient. Go downstairs and cross the bridge to the subway station (it’s just that the car is parked for two days for 66 euros🤣

The location is not far from the main city, and it is convenient to eat and shop nearby. Billa is a few dozen meters away. The room is quite spacious, and the all-white decoration has a good view. The single bed is also 1.4 meters. There is no need to add an extra bed for a 7-year-old child. There is a bathtub for bathing, and basic supplies are also available. The room hygiene is average. European and American people are actually quite rough, which is not comparable to domestic standards. The breakfast room is really beautiful, with panoramic glass, not many people, you can sit anywhere, and you can take pictures casually. Breakfast is a la carte plus self-service, and the bread is excellent. It is provided by Miyi's bakery. The service is good and bad. There are Chinese waiters at the front desk. Several waiters in the breakfast room are polite, and some are arrogant. Overall, it's okay. The minibar is free and will be refilled every day. The wafers are delicious.
