Na neve dos Pirineus
Hotel que deve ter tido seus dias de glória, hj as instalações estão antigas, nada que comprometa, mas se percebe que a estrutura está ultrapassada. Para um hotel de uma região tão fria, ter piso frio nos banheiros é um pênalti. Se não buscarem uma atualização, vão ficar parado no tempo.

Buen hotel, había un pequeño problema con la ventana y avisamos manteniento. Tiene un parking gratis justo delante, aunque en temporada alta no será tan fácil aparcar. Les avisamos que en Google maps aparecían en 2 direcciones de Viella.
Trato muy amable y cordial.

Hotel súper centrico con vistas increíbles a las montañas nevadas! Nada mas llegar me atendió Caroline, muy amable, dulce y profesional, enseguida salieron a saludar el Subdirector y el Jefe de recepción!! Me encantó esa calidad bienvenida, típica del standard de Meliá! En el desayuno y en la cena se agradecía la profesionalidad, rapidez y la simpatía de Patrick, Miguel, Mar y Antonio!! Muy muy amables todos! Agradezco también el upgrade a platinum a la suite duplex, en la que no faltaba nada, había todas las amenities, limpia y muy confortable!! Por la tarde me encantó la chimenea encendida y el servicio de café y merienda en el bar!! Sin duda una gran estancia, volveré pronto!! Todo perfecto también en el check out con Germán, el chico Argentino, gran profesional y súper simpático con el que compartimos algunas anécdotas!! Gracias!

It was a nice experience, we had just one night, check in and check out online available, extra large bed and very comfortable, eco toothbrushand, toothpaste with a shaving kit included in the bathroom. Safe parking under hotel for extra cost.
