La relación calidad/pecio es muy buena, la habitación es realmente cómoda, limpia y cuidada. Algunos detalles de las zonas comunes del hotel están un poco antiguos/desgastados pero todo siempre muy limpio. A 10min andando del centro de Vielha y con la facilidad de aparcar en un parking muy amplio.

A este hotel les sobra estrellas, el hotel en si está antiguo,viejo y necesita una buena reforma,las habitaciones que dicen ser cuádruple caben dos y sin moverse apenas por la habitación,el suelo de moqueta con mucho polvo y el baño deja mucho que desear ahh y si tienes un problema intenta solucionarlo cuando estés allí,por qué una vez que te vas ya para ellos no le interesa ese problema así que mucho cuidado

Destaca principalmente la atención en recepción si bien en el buffet y la limpieza fue igualmente un trato impecable. La piscina exterior es una maravilla al estar cubierta con acceso directo desde el hotel.

Mantenimiento y limpieza inaceptables. No es un 4*
El hotel NO es un cuatro estrellas. Lo sería en su momento, pero está en un estado de conservación inaceptable. Mala limpieza (ver fotos, aunque el límite es de ocho, había más; no necesariamente por motivo de personal, sino posiblemente por falta de personal y exceso de habitaciones por cada limpiadora), desgastado (alfombras desgastadas, no se ha pintado en mucho tiempo, cosas rotas en el baño), mal mantenido (pared llena de agujeros de accesorios de baño ya no existentes, mármol del baño partido, cortina de plástico en la bañera, nevera de habitación no funciona, y mal conservado, sin respetar normas de seguridad (no hay instrucciones en caso de incendio en la habitación, lo cual entiendo que es directamente punible). Lo único que es bueno es el desayuno, abundante y de buena calidad, y la amabilidad y atención de camareros y recepcionistas.
