La literie de notre chambre était bien fatiguée, l'entrée de la piscine intérieure couverte est payante et le bonnet de bain obligatoire, rien n'est compris dans le prix de la chambre. Le buffet proposé est correct,le personnel est sympathique.

Gostamos do quarto vista mar , a piscina parecia ser mais apetecível nas fotos , Bufeet muito pobre ,pouco apelativo pouca oferta de proteinas animais e sobremesas pouco frescas ,simpatia da receção realçar sempre atenciosas e simpáticas, a nossa avaliação negativa deve se ao Bufeet pois nao aconselho a meia pensão, pequeno almoço razoavel.

Un resort muy bueno si se viaja con niños.
El personal es muy amable y el servicio de animación es
Está todo impecable desde las habitaciones hasta los baños de los restaurantes.
El servicio de buffet en general está bastante bien en general y el servicio en el mismo es impecable, bien atendido desde el inicio hasta el final. Aunque es verdad que la comida se hace un poco repetitiva y el menú infantil es muy corto. Siendo un hotel para niños creo que tendrian que tener mas variedad por ejemplo incluir un menu con pizza alguna pasta un poco mas elaborada. Ya que siempre era en blanco.
Deberían de cambiar también la ubicación de los bares. Ya que el que esta mas cerca de la piscina abre cuando esta ya esta cerrada.
Algunas zonas necesitan también un poco de mantenimiento sobre todo de pintura.

Fiz uma reserva de dois quartos. quando cheguei ao hotel os quartos que reservei não tinham as caracteristicas que solicitei. Na recepção ainda afirmaram que eu queria outra tipologia, o que não é realidade. Fiz reclamação e continuam a afirmar o que não é a realidade, tendo eu mais pessoas que verificaram o que eu solicitei. Em resposta á reclamação, continuaram a afirmar uma versão da história que não é a realidade. Desiludiram me passado tantos meses que fui cliente.

Uma vergonha de atendimento fiz reserva pelos vistos existiu algum problema com a reserva mandaram email para o e-mail errado e não obteram resposta. O e-mail de confirmação chegou imediatamente após validar a reserva e não foi pedido nenhuma garantia de pagamento. No dia da pernoita na recepção informaram que não tinham quarto com vista mas teriam uma casa pequena de praia. Efetuei o pagamento nota preco igual à vista mar,depois de abrirem 5 casas nenhuma estava pronta, arranjaram um quarto sem vista autêntico arrumo. Resposta após 1h foi é o que há. Conclusão paguei um vista mar que nem vista para o mar nem para o jardim nem para lado nenhum tinha vista. Por este motivo desaconselho totalmente funcionários com graça simpática e sem conhecimento de sistema. Senti me roubado completamente

Aunque la entrada al hotel es muy tardía para mi gusto el dia de salida incluye la comida el todo incluido y no tienen ningún inconveniente en que te pases la tarde en las instalaciones.
Está todo impecable desde las habitaciones hasta los baños de los restaurantes.

Nous avons réalisé un voyage de groupe d'une semaine avec 3 circuits visites programmé par notre agence Léonard au départ de l' hôtel en pension complète. Chambres propres , literie confortable, douche impeccable. Les chambres sont maintenues en état chaque jours. Repas sous forme de buffet réapprovisionné souvent et diversifié, balcon avec vue latérale sur l'océan, personnel sympathique et à votre écoute. Certaines boissons sont gratuite et à volonté. Le négatif: les commerces sont fermés début octobre ,le complexe aquatique extérieure avec toboggans et piscine sont fermés également. Reste la piscine intérieure payante au prix de 7,5 à 10 € par jours et bonnet obligatoire 5€.
