Una muy buena experiencia
Había leído algunas opiniones no favorables, pero nos arriesgaos igual y el resultado fue muy bueno.
La recepción muy atenta, la habitación limpia, provista de todo lo que ofrecen, muy confortable y con una hermosa vista al río.
El desayuno muy bien de acuerdo a su categoría (tres estrellas) y un poco mejor que su categoría en la variedad de tortas y dulces

Muy mala actitud del personal. Mi hija se hospedó con un contingente de deportistas y la verdad, dejaron mucho que desear. Los dejaron esperando 4 o 5 horas antes de entrar. Es cierto que llegaron antes, pero mezclaron sus.bolsos con.los de otra delegación . Las instalaciones son antiguas, las paredes partidas ...

Pésima atención. Quedamos 4 hs esperando que nos den las habitaciones. Desayuno en vasitos de Telgopor. Mala actitud del personal. Se quejaban como si ellos fueran los huéspedes. Las instalaciones son viejas, están más para un museo que para ser un hotel.

Realice una reserva para,5 con habitaciones continuas o enfrente das, 1 habitacion cama matrimonial, una triple niños de 14,13 y 9 años, llegamos a las 16hs, no tenían la reserva, daban habitaciones separadas,irresponsables al separar los niños, además en distintos pisos,incluso una matrimonial para dormir juntos los chicos. Decepción total, incumplimiento, irresponsables.

The worst hotel. Lack of respect from management, bathrooms with broken taps, carpets in all rooms, basic breakfast... cracked walls... broken elevator... only the counter, bar and cleaning staff are saved.

Es un hotel correcto de acuerdo a la categoría que tiene. Correcta atención y limpieza. Desayuno correcto. Habitaciones antiguas pero limpias. Esta muy bien ubicado sobre la costanera de Viedma, con vista al río frente a Carmen de Patagones.
