On the good side, booking through the “island” was 10% cheaper than at the hotel. The bad: 1. Someone from the staff burst into the room at 10:30 without knocking. 2. Dirty toilet seat, some dried drops on the tiled floor. 3. After three hours of operating the split at the minimum temperature, the stuffiness in the room only intensified. I called technical support, a non-Russian speaking person came and explained with signs that the cooling was not working (and at the same time the window overlooked a dusty and noisy highway). At the reception they confirmed the fact that the air conditioner was not working, without apology. Conclusions. I don’t recommend it for this price; in Vidnoye you can find this kind of “service” for half the price.

One waitress walks around with a dissatisfied face, when asked to bring cutlery (not to our table, but simply to the common table), she left, returned 15 minutes later and didn’t even say whether she brought it or not. There was no bread, no sugar, we waited about 40 minutes for scrambled eggs, when asked when it would be available, she said that it had been on the buffet for everyone for a long time, eat it or not. In general, an ordinary 3-star hotel with all the attendants, but the restaurant really surprised me as much as possible, this has never happened anywhere else.

We stayed one night. Dinner and breakfast are included, sauna, pool, fitness and thermal area are included. There is a large bowling alley. Very affordable price. Especially fitness is great. Food and breakfast were also nice. The room is nice. I definitely recommend it. The staff is friendly and very attentive.
