Nicest boutique hotel, with a family approach that makes you feel very welcomed. Very clean and comfortable bedroom and if you want a different pillow, they gave me three to choose from! Nice lounging areas and a pool. The included breakfast is served at your table and with great choices to pick from. We tried several restaurants in town and always went back to theirs, they have great food. I have travelled throughout many countries and this gem is one I would definitely go back to!!

Stayed here with friends and was blown away by how amazing it was. The hotel grounds, pool and the rooms and beautiful. Everything was clean, modern and stylish. The staff were excellent - incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. We ate at the restaurant twice, and the food was delicious - get the tuna! Honestly cannot recommend enough. Such a wonderful place.

Nos hospedamos con mi familia a finales de diciembre y quedamos muy contentos con la estadía. El hotel, tiene una distribución y diseño muy bonito y los detalles en las habitaciones y pasillos están bien cuidados. El desayuno estuvo muy rico, aunque creo que podría mejorar un poco la parte dulce. Solo ofrecen panqueques con manjar, y sería genial que incluyeran algún otro tipo de dulce. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y están bien diseñadas. Yo me quedé en la suite secreta, que fue muy cómoda, pero el aire acondicionado necesitaba mantenimiento. Hacía un ruido fuerte y molesto de vez en cuando, lo que me despertaba por la noche. Mis acompañantes se quedaron en la suite explora y comentaron que el baño, sobre todo en el área de la ducha, no tenía una buena ventilación. Aunque tiene ventana, esta está fija, lo que dificulta la circulación del aire. Estos pequeños detalles podrían hacer la diferencia para que la experiencia fuera aún mejor. The staff here are wonderful. Friendly and very courteous. Diego is a super host and very helpful.The food is great and so are the Pisco sours. There is a pool in a garden setting where you can relax and make new friends. Not to mention the stunning Elqui valley and fabulous night sky.

Lovely lovely hotel in a lovely town. Incredibly helpful staff who go to a lot of trouble to help - even organising a reasonably priced laundry service. Beautiful garden with comfortable loungers and small pool. Very well placed for wandering around town or driving out up the valley. Free street parking which they’ve assured us is safe, and seems to be. Great food and drink although go for the espresso coffee at breakfast. Would definitely book here again.

El restaurant muy rico, probamos distintos platos y tragos de autor como el de gin y el plato de atún muy rico. El servicio fue lo mejor, sobre todo Nicols que fue muy amable, nos explicó todo muy bien, asi que fue un 7. Sin duda lo recomendamos porque es muy lindo.

Lugar cómodo, adecuado, fresco y ameno. Los tragos de autor son buenísimos. Recomiendo un paseo por sus estancias, pasillos y habitaciones. Todo luce limpio y pulcro. La decoración floral es fascinante, al igual que el servicio de sus camareros.

Es un lugar tranquilo, las habitaciones super limpias, tiene una tinaja espectacular, y además un restaurante llamado Aloe donde la atención es maravillosa y la comida es 10/10, te ofrecen el servicio de masajes: relajación, descontracturante, y otro completo, mi esposo y yo tomamos el masaje con Fabio, y es un profesional excelente! Les recomiendo que no se pierdan esta experiencia, la verdad es un lugar espléndido!
