It was a very nice spacyroom with 2 balconies and windows facing the Harbour, where we can see the small ferries show on the weekend morning . The bed is so comfy that I have to mention , with the crispy bed sheet and pillows made my nights perfect .

Very nice staffs😘 Our family reserved 6 rooms for our special occasions, we all had a great time at this hotel. They really took good care of us during our entire staying . Very comfortable bed and the center of everything. Definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

This was a nightmarish trip, 1st I had asked for a room on the highest floor possible, with a view of the Harbour, I am a photographer and made the trip to Victoria to get some great photos of the inner Harbour. I got a room on tenth floor overlooking the parking lot and side street. The windows were so dirty it was hard to see anything, in my eyes I was ripped off, I am not going to to stay at any Merriott hotels, at the time of my booking it said they had a buffet breakfast and when I arrived they told me there is no buffet breakfast just a restaurant on site, parking was said to be free self parking. I was charged $29.40 / night to self park my truck.

LOVE this hotel and wish to come back next time! Very clean, comfortable and spacious. There’s even a microwave in the room. Best location in Victoria downtown. Have a starbucks right at the lobby and a 7-11 around the corner.

The hotel is located in the bustling city center and provides convenient valet parking for guests. The fee is $21 Canadian dollars including tax, which is reasonable. Free capsule coffee and tea bags are provided in the room. The kitchenette has dishes and cutlery. The sofa bed can be pulled out to become a queen bed. Pillows, sheets and blankets are provided. Cleanliness is good.

The check in service was excellent. We were given a room 1.5 hr before the official check in time of 4pm. The front desk and concierge services were helpful, prompt and efficient. The only disappoin**ent during our stay was the lack of information on room cleaning which we later discovered would not be offered unless requested.

The location is very good, the room is very comfortable, there is also breakfast, the price/performance ratio is very high

Very good value for money, go to the United States to play, the port on the boat is opposite the hotel, the location is extremely superior

Nice hotel, great location just past the parliament building downtown.  Room was spacious with kitchen and comfortable bed. Also had sofa and large closet

Invincible sea view, sea view, living room, room and balcony, especially sitting on the balcony to watch the sunset is very freehand. The transportation is very convenient, it is convenient in the city center, and the two-bedroom suite is fully equipped! Opposite the hotel is a lot of choices for restaurants, parking is free, but you need to check the card after you check in to enter the garage. Overall very good physical examination.
