Very nice staff, overall not bad for a couple of nights. Upper beds not very comfortable, towels and locker available with deposit. The hostel is located in downtown, which has its pros and cons.

It was my first time staying at a backpacker hotel with my family. The staff were very friendly. The bathroom and toilet are made of enamel and are clean and well-cleaned. The water is quite hot. However, it was hard to tell if it was in use. It was also difficult to open and close the lock on the fence door. There was a lot of breakfast and we were very satisfied. I would like to use it again.

Breakfast and dinner were included, which was helpful. Free bath towel rental ($10 deposit) was also nice. There are a lot of homeless people in the area, so it may not be very safe, but there was a supermarket nearby. It would be even better if there was a free space (for training, etc.) on the rooftop.

Most of the staffs are friendly.. could have been 5 if one of the staff don’t give me an attitude.. I think the stay is worth the price especially with the free breakfast.

The service was great, with free breakfast, dinner, drinks, etc. The only problem was that the shower water was lukewarm no matter how much I adjusted it.
