It was great because everyone greeted me brightly and was friendly. The location was perfect, so I could walk to downtown. It was a little difficult to find a parking lot.
The room was small, but it was exactly as in the picture, and the atmosphere was great, so I was satisfied.
The lounge was well-made, so I was able to spend time in the lounge even though it was a small room.

Definitely my favorite place to stay in Victoria! All tje special touches they do is really appreciated! Fresh baked cookies and a hand written note on the bed! Breakfast is 5 Star!!

This is a true gem. We travel a lot and Abigail’s stands out as being exceptional. Attention to detail is apparent as well as attentive and well coached staff. Highly recommend!

Abigails is different to any other hotel we have stayed in Canada. It is set in a quiet residential street - we saw two deer while we were having breakfast! The layout of our bedroom was cosy and idiosyncratic but everything was there and it had been thought through. The staff were delightful and the breakfast was magnificent. In my opinion, anyone staying anywhere else has probably made a mistake.

Impressed with the attention to details in the room and bathroom, initially viewed the shower with suspicion as it appeared needlessly complex but was surprisingly effective and easy to use. Room was super quiet and comfortable. I anticipated the lack of an an elevator so was not surprised. Breakfast was great. Outside sitting was quite nice. In general an excellent place

Abigail’s is a small, charming boutique hotel. The entire staff was wonderful and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. We would definitely return. It certainly deserved a 5 star review.
