Entirely it was a so nice stay. The room was the same with the pictures and the room was so cleaned. The staffs were also nice and kind.

Everything is above average. The only drawbacks are that the parking charge was a bit dear and no meal facilities (except breakfast) provided in the premises, luckily there are restaurants just cross the road.

It's a very nice hotel. The location is excellent with the legislation building outside. The staff is helpful. Breakfast is nice, though variety is just ok. Kitchen provision is a very nice option which save a lot for dinner.

The hotel is old and could be more hygienic, but for the price it was fair. They offer complimentary breakfast and it was good.

The breakfast is buffet style and delicious. The quaint elevator of the hotel is a bit old. There is a kitchen in the room where you can cook your own food. The bed in the hotel is very good and the sleeping space is good. The equipment is good, but it is really a bit old!

The location is good, with Victoria Harbour in front of the hotel. The hotel environment and hygiene are good, and the facilities are also acceptable. Whether it is the front desk, restaurant, or room service staff, they are quite enthusiastic. It is a satisfactory place to stay.

Most of the service staff have a good attitude, but there is a front desk staff named Michael who is very rude and arrogant. He treats local tourists and international tourists completely differently! The hotel has very poor sound insulation and you can hear dogs barking and the sound of the door opening in the next room from time to time.

The hotel is very close to Victoria Harbor, but it is not high, only three floors, and the harbor cannot be seen from the room. There is an internal parking lot, 15 Canadian dollars per day. You need to go to the front desk to apply for a fixed parking space, and drop the room card to enter the underground parking lot. It was only when I came back the next day that I found that the parking space was occupied, and the front desk arranged the same parking space repeatedly. The room facilities are complete, but a bit old. The hot water was not hot on the second night. The front desk said to check it out, but it was not solved at two o'clock in the morning. There was a Chinese lady at the front desk. I stayed for two nights and only met her when checking in, and never saw her again after that.

It is located on a quiet road in the city, close to several major attractions in the city. Parking is convenient at the hotel entrance (paid), simple breakfast is provided, and the front desk service attitude is good. Guests are required to bring their own toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers. The hotel room cleaning speed needs to be accelerated. On the first day, I went out for a day and returned to the room without cleaning. Later, the cleaning staff knocked on the door and said they would clean it. Because it was a bit late, I said no, and asked for a few clean towels. It was cleaned in time on the second day, and it was cleaned when I returned to the room in the afternoon. The overall experience is quite good, and the cost performance is relatively high.
