The water problem was dealt with quickly and we were shown to a new room immediately afterwards. The room was comfortable and we had no problems. It was a great location for sightseeing in Victoria. There is also a delicious afternoon tea nearby.

The price-performance ratio is very good. When traveling to the United States, the port for boarding the ship is right opposite the hotel. The location is extremely advantageous.
