Nice green place. Pool. Very kind and helpfully staff. Good internet. BBQ TV (Sports) huge screen. Travelers to talk with. Not close to downtown ( what to do there? Only Falls), but away from helicopter noise!

Very warm welcome. Even though I arrived late I Gott shown everything including the fish spa and the lookout :) Fair money policy :))) Fabulous booking of ongoing activities. Bear in mind that you should pay the rest of the money cash at the hostel if you haven't payed all in advance.

I'm a low maintenance traveler. All I need is a comfortable bed and a hot shower. This place fit my needs perfectly. Also they were so accommodating helping us with our side trips - Botswana safari and Victoria Falls helicopter ride. Everyone there made this one of the best experiences I have ever had.

VF Backpackers was a great spot to stay for a few days. The rooms are basic but comfortable, the facilities are nice (a great communal kitchen), and the staff is fantastic. We really loved how quiet it was at night and appreciated the ease of booking activities on site. We always felt safe and secure; there were guests of all ages including lots of families, and it was a very welcoming environment. A very easy place to enjoy a few days.

Only had 48 hrs here to see Victoria Falls but all the staff and other guest were super kind and respectful! Had a private room and it was clean, simple and just what I needed for my short time here. Nice to use the kitchen, have a fire and a pool to dip my feet in. A wee bit of a walk into town but nothing unbearable. Only had cold water for my shower, but other than that, great place to stay!

It was an exceptional experience. The room is well maintained, preserving a rustic charm. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure our stay was confortable. The location a bit far way from city center but not to far to walk. I will recommended this place.

Die Lodge liegt in einem schönen Wohngebiet mit dem Auto nur ein paar Minuten zum Zentrum entfernt. Zum Laufen ist es doch ein Stück entfernt Das Personal war sehr nett und hat uns sogar abends noch Essen aus der Stadt bestellt. Sie waren immer aufmerksam und haben nach unseren Wünschen gefragt. Unsere Hütte war ausreichend groß und mit Moskitonetz ausgestattet. Wir hatten jederzeit warmes Wasser. Den Fischspa sollte man ausprobieren. Das war angenehm Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen

I stayed there 4 nights in a dorm. As the lodge was not full, they were kind enough and placed the guests in different dorms so i had the room for myself. It is clean, the mosquito nets are there and working (and necessary). The athmosphere is nice and you get easy into contact with other guests. The tour desk was good and i did not have the feeling they pushed tours on me, they even told me of one tour not to take it. It is a bit away from the city center (walking is possible but quite lonng, Taxis are nos so cheap). Consider renting a bike in town.
