It was a very beautiful lodge.
The staff were cheerful and very fun!
You can spend a comfortable time there.
The food at the restaurant was also very delicious!
I wish there was a bit more variety in the breakfast.
There are no toothbrushes so bring your own. There is a convenience store nearby, which is convenient, but they are out of toothbrushes.
There is insect repellent cream available.

Great service, comfy rooms, and nice food. Beds were comfortable and the showers were the hottest we had in Zimbabwe. Good restaurant and also close to Social Kitchen and a convenience store. The security are lovely, so many smiles. Easy to get a taxi to town, to the falls or to the border.

We had a wonderful stay at Pioneers with our 3 kids. The family room is spacious and very comfortable. The grounds are peaceful and well maintained. The breakfasts are very good.

I found it! I know longer need to try a new hotel on my next trip to the Victoria Falls area. This was a new hotel for me as I travel for pleasure most but some mission work in the local and rural community. Very: beautiful comfortable and very clean Some luxury Food for all 3 meals was excellent And, price! I didn’t need to pay the high prices to get everything above. Oh, the Staff! Made my week+ stay absolutely wonderful. I could mention over 10 by name by I fear I’d miss somebody (or spell their name wrong).

Highly recommend staying here. The staff is soo helpful and attentive to your needs. Made me feel like family. Great food and service. Appreciated all tye extras, laundry, mosquito help, water in room. Bonus is air conditioning

Staff and service were excellent! A lot of different bugs in my room through my 4 day stay however not sure if this is something they can control but it was a bit unpleasant in the end.
Food was excellent at the restaurant! Great options!
