well located to many different restaurants and shops. v close to the victoria falls national park, walking took about 15-20 minutes one way.
breakfast had many options and the staff were v helpful. the swimming pool wasn't the cleanest though.

The hotel is in the center of town, very close to Victoria Falls.
We booked a balcony room. Although it has floor-to-ceiling windows, you cannot walk out. The balcony corridor outside the window is open to anyone.
Facilities: simple
Hygiene: extremely sloppy
Service: unsatisfactory
Environment: There is a park outside the window, and the view is nice.

For someone who has traveled around the world, N1 was very unexpected. The hotel front desk was enthusiastic and proactive, booking cars and activities for us, and helping us bargain. Although the room was a bit small, it was very clean and comfortable. The most considerate thing was that it was very close to the waterfall park and the town center, so there was no need to take a taxi. Great hotel by African standards! Very recently renovated. The room is a little small, but we stayed for 2 nights, so it's not critical. I recommend 👌🏼
