Mbano Manor Hotel Victoria Falls by Mantis

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant was excellent, and the Chefs (John) recommendations suited our taste. They were happy to make dishes not on the menu, and it was all cooked to perfection. The rooms were spacious, and everything felt quality. The complementary shuttle bus to the villsge and falls worked brilliantly. We were very happy with our stay.

We were eight friends traveling together who spent three nights at Mbano. What a beautiful space and property, but Mbano’s greatest asset is the lovely staff, who were so warm and welcoming and kind. Several of our friends have dietary restrictions and the dining room and kitchen staff were so conscientious and attentive and made it all seem so easy. Huge kudos to your beautiful female chef! She obviously cares for the people she feeds, as well as her staff. Our individual accommodations were so comfortable and beautiful! A lot of thought has obviously gone into all the amenities, including creating the pathways around the property without impacting the vegetation. Thank you so much for contributing to our memories of our amazing adventures with friends!

Our stay at Mbano Manor has been wonderful. The staff, service, food, and amenities are so amazing. The hospitality is way above average. They are beautiful people with great personalities. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here with them and the many adventures here in Zimbabwe.

We had a wonderful time at Mbano. This was a beautiful property. Having stayed at multiple properties in Victoria Falls, I would recommend this, particularly if you are looking for something tranquil and quiet. The service was superb, the food was solid, and the location was convenient to the nearby attractions.

Lovely visit and lovelier people. The hotel setting was great and rooms spacious and tastefully designed. Staff were very friendly and can arrange activities to suit. We enjoyed our experience there. Only a short ride into town via hotel shuttle.

Beautiful new property out of the tourist noise of Victoria Falls. Quiet, new, well designed, spacious and appointed rooms. Pool and common areas are delightful. Restaurant was great considering such a small intimate property. We very much enjoyed our stay.
