My recent stay at Victoria Falls Safari Club was exceptional. I was warmly received at the airport and driven to the Club where an amazing welcome awaited. All the staff members are friendly and knowledgeable. They are willing to help as much as they can. I felt at home. The cherry on top was being introduced to the Waterhole Live Cam on my last night at the club. A herd of elephants had visited the waterhole, and it was amazing being able to watch them from a distance. When it was time for me to leave, I felt bereft to be leaving such great service. I would recommend this place to anyone who desires a real 5-star vacation infused with tranquility. Thank you Victoria Falls Safari Club, I will definitely return for another great experience!

Friends group two night stay at the ‘Club’ part of Victoria Fall Safari estate. The staff were all excellent, proactive & attentive. Very helpful on reorganising our schedule as we were a day late arriving. Lovely views for the bar & restaurant area.

The property is stylish. It offers a wide variety of nearby experience bookings. Staff are excellent, they will even go one step further to help you arrange the timing of each activities so that it is efficient/away from extreme weather/easy to move around. Special thanks to Ashley and Wonder, extremely nice and helpful gentlemen.

I've stayed in many hotels all over the world but this one goes in my top 10! The staff are excellent with white glove treatment on everything. The ambiance is great. And it's a true VIP vacation experience throughout the stay. I've never had such a good hotel in Africa. Highly recommended!

Service was very good. Location and amenities ideal. Rooms could be a little larger. we liked the views, the restaurants and general ambience., and the fact that laundry was included in the cost. We did not like the high tea offering.

If you are looking for relaxing comfort, excellent service and great cuisine while discovering the wonders of Victoria Falls, this resort is for you! Choose the lodge for family friendly accommodations and restaurants; choose Safari Club for a more intimate, quiet experience. Safari Club will renew your soul. The value is amazing with breakfast, afternoon tea and sundowners included with your room. The staff are so gracious, friendly and helpful. Three days was not enough time to enjoy the animals, activities and relaxing atmosphere, the will definitely be back!
