Kamers zijn goed. De hele lodge is niet groter dan een half voetbalveld, waardoor je je een beetje opgesloten voelt. Ook werd ik om 7 am wakker van keihadre muziek die aan was gezet die overigens aan blijft staan tot 11 pm. Personeel is vriendelijk en doet hun best maar efficiëntie in het restaurant is nog niet in gebruik wat het soms rommelig maakt. Nogmaals waren de kamers heel goed en schoon.

The Shrub Lodge is a delight to stay at. The setting is calm, modern, peaceful and clean. The staff could not be more helpful, both within the hotel and those involved in the trips. Would fully recommend it for a stay at Victoria Falls.

A very clean and friendly, welcoming hotel and would certainly stay there again, All The staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble, the waiters always making sure you happy and comfortable, reception arranging taxis and excursions to make our stay comfortable a wonderful stay there thoroughly enjoyed ❤️

Great place to stay.
The staff were all so lovely and helpful. They organised all our tours and transport. Our only regret is we didn’t stay longer.

Great place to stay! Not far from airport
The staff were very helpful. The manager managed to assist us with the issue on our check in. The premises overall very clean. Water flitter was good and easily accessible. The pool very clean! My son best cooling area. Loved the breakfast service and the good food! I would highly recommend! All staff very welcoming!

Veldig hyggelig lodge noen minutter med bil utenfor sentrum. Rent og pent, og kjempehyggelig betjening. God frokost. Grei meny på restauranten. Aldri problem med å få shuttle til og fra den lille byen. USD 5 per person. Et lite og forfriskende basseng med solstoler. Kan anbefales!

No hot water in the shower or the bath tub.
You are bot allowed to take fruits (apples, pears) from the breakfast buffet to eat later. You are forced to eat them in the restaurant (management decision).
The other staff ist great, though.
