No hot water in the shower or the bath tub.
You are bot allowed to take fruits (apples, pears) from the breakfast buffet to eat later. You are forced to eat them in the restaurant (management decision).
The other staff ist great, though.

My wife and I eat dinner at the restaurant at the Shrub Lodge on 3 occasions. Each time the waiter was Washington. We had excellent service and great food. The fish and chicken sandwich were not quite tasty. We also had churros and ice cream were to die for.

We really enjoyed staying at this place! Incredibly cozy and clean! The rooms are spotless, have everything you need. Very comfortable beds, mattresses and pillows are super! I would especially like to mention the hotel staff, very sensitive and caring people, kind and delicate! I haven't met such staff for a long time 🙏🏻 The restaurant in the hotel is excellent, the breakfasts are hearty and very tasty, you can also have dinner from the menu, everything is very fresh and tasty.
