My one-night stay at this hotel was the worst accomodation I've ever had. I booked through *******, where it was advertised as having a private bathroom, towels, toiletries, and Wi-Fi. However, the reality was far from this description. The bathroom was unusable, with a big crack across multiple tiles. The hot tap did not work in the shower or the sink. The toilet was missing parts and couldn't flush, making it effectively non-functional. Additionally, the door connecting my room to the next was damaged, with a knob that had fallen off, leaving a hole through which I could see into the other room. This door didn't close properly, leaving a 1 cm gap at the top and bottom, so I could hear my neighbours whispering.
One of the beds had unclean linen with blood stains, and the ceiling above the bed had a large stain, indicating a big leak when it rains. Thankfully, it didn't rain during my stay. There was no sign of towels and toiletries and the Wi-Fi was non-functional, despite the efforts of the receptionist, who was very nice but unable to fix the issue.
I would never recommend this property and believe it should be removed from booking platforms, or at least come with a warning that it deserves only 1 star out of 10. The area between different buildings had some slight charm with small paths surrounded by lush green plants but it was also poorly maintained and of course could not compensate the horrible condition of the room.
