We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
Pros: Only a few rooms with thatched roofs, quiet, there is a swimming pool. Well-kept grounds.
The beds are comfortable, there is air conditioning and a fan.
Good breakfasts. Excellent dinner (for an extra fee). There is always water in the room - 2 bottles.
Excellent staff, Cindy helped us a lot, you can book excursions with them.
Cons: no hair dryer, but it is available upon request.
There is nothing near the hotel, nowhere to go, only by taxi, and it is not cheap. We ordered at the hotel.
The cost of the transfer to the airport is overpriced, 18 dollars per person, although you can find it for 10.

Accommodation booked for Big Falls trip
It's been 7 months in Africa, but this is pretty good
The amenity brand was a bit disappointing, but it wasn't enough to bother me
The pool water quality was not so good, but it was perfect for lying on the sunbed
It's far from the airport, but it's relatively close to Big Falls National Park and famous cafes, so I think it was okay

The breakfast was delicious but was never on time. We were asked to preorder the evening before and to state what time we would want breakfast served. Every morning it became a joke that we would show up at the reserved time and nothing was laid out. We then waited about 45 minutes every morning for breakfast. On our last day the server continued to ask us for a review as we were clearly waiting for even hot water for tea. Disliked · The delay in breakfast. We also had a complication with our key getting stuck in the door and had to wait for a locksmith before we could enter again. This was not the property's fault just something that happened, but I was surprised they did not offer a water or anything while we were clearly homeless and inconvenienced. The pool needs to be repainted and there are some missing tiles along the pool area. I wrote this review a week ago after constantly being harassed about writing a review. I am now receiving emails requesting a review on TripAdvisor so here it is. Please stop harassing me for reviews. I have received over 10 messages for this.

2 night stay before joining a tour group at another hotel Nice, quiet location, about 10 mins walk from town Nice, large room Comfortable, if firm bed (but prefer this) Nice and clean Plenty of hot water though takes a while to come through Breakfast a little limited Plenty of choice on the tvpopl looked nice But Coffee and bottled water not replenished on room makeover Breakfast booking for 7am didn't materialise until nearer to 7.15 which made it rushed as we had a 7.30 tour pickup

I arrived early, coming from Botswana via a car transfer. I was checked in in their most spacious room, being the small cottage near the road. This cottage was equipped with two bedrooms, a kitchen, living room (incl TV) and a shower/ toilet. All was clean but rather basic. There was a good supply of coffee/ tea in the rooms. Rooms had overhead fans and airconditioning units which I obviously didn’t need in winter. There’s a non-heated pool and a menu for all day food (didn’t try). Had a good but simple breakfast included in the very reasonable price.
