This is a good location overlooking the lake. Rooms are spacious with both inside seating and outdoor deck chairs. It was crazy windy when we were there so couldn’t sit outside. It was nice to be able to sit comfortably indoors and enjoy the view. Restaurant food was good and reasonable. We had both dinner and breakfast there.

When we arrived, we were disappointed to see how out dated the rooms were. In 2023, we had eaten at the restaurant and were so pleased that we chose to stay there in September of last year, thinking the motel must be equally nice. However, we were very disappointed when we entered our room. The room was tidy but didn’t feel clean. For the price we paid we expected nicer accommodations. The best part of the room was the seating area outside the patio doors. The view is beautiful. The property itself was well maintained and tidy. The staff were all very good and pleasant. The restaurant is lovely with a great view also. We have no plans to return to this motel in the future

Clean and well maintained room. Beautiful view across the lawn and lake. Very delicious breakfast of fish cakes, hash browns, eggs, etc. Great service. Definitely would come again. Alexander Graham Bell NHS is quite amazing and inspiring.
