It takes ten minutes to walk to the apartment from the train station. The apartment is located in an office building. I just need the front desk to help open the door. The receptionist was an aunt who was very friendly and welcoming. After check-in, enter the room, the room is two bedrooms and one living room, you can cook, the cooking utensils are complete, but because I only stayed for one day, I didn't experience it. The experience is very good, it feels like home.

Train station and shopping areas are within walking distance. Cleanliness is up to standard. Friendly and considerate staff. Before our arrival, they switched on the air cooler to cool down the room on a hot day. We were happy to be able to enjoy a great meal using the kitchen facilities. Coffee machine with 2 selection of coffee were provided for our own bought breakfast which we enjoyed.

Hotel The stay was good lovely apartment itself, but couple bits that could be better, it was very cold only 1 heater in the room worked so was really cold with the children, bathroom light should be on the outside not behind the door. The battery’s in the control for the tv wasn’t working properly. Flooring was freezing

Amazing! They're so helpful, kind, and friendly. They gave us a 2-bed room which were very clean without any issue. Everything was awesome! Wow! Thanks for such a great service and made our new year sweet!

On the day after my arrival, I had Ana, a staffer, come to my apartment. I told her I did not want or need housekeeping services, just a set of fresh bed linens, bath towels, kitchen towel and some supplies. Before she left, she advised me to leave the door ajar when cooking, so the fire alarm would not be triggered. Well, there is a large hood over the electric stove... Around 10:30 p.m., someone attempted to force the entrance door open, which I keep locked. I place door stoppers with light and sound alarms; those were triggered. The perpetrator left. Along with people slamming the door leading to the elevators, I was left with a very bad impression. The handle of the kitchen sink faucet is completely loose. So is the towel holder in the bathroom. The bottom board of the cabinet that holds the oven/stove and dishwasher fell to the floor. The dishwasher is also loose and comes all the way onto whoever opens its door; it is a health hazard. I am recording the issues mentioned here and I will send the video to the property owner/management. Sending anyone for repairs and/or maintenance while I am a guest is NOT acceptable to me. I should have been given an apartment in perfect living condition. There are three retail stores downstairs but they are overpriced. Their assortment and quality of products is lacking. Not to mention the characters that target you on the way from and to the hotel and also inside those stores. It doesn't feel one bit safe and it is unpleasant.
