I chose the Pantai View because on the website it was a good price, looked clean and comfortable, had air conditioning and was close to the ferry to Brunei. It delivered on all this. I could also walk to the bus station and use the buses to get around the island. Bathroom facilities a little rundown, but to be expected for the price paid. In-room wifi didn't work well - near the wifi box it was good (if I was on the staircase and used it), but my room was too far way for a good connection.

Allowed early check in, we checked in at 12.30pm, got our room instantly... check in was fast, required Rm100 deposit which is quite standard procedure nowadays..Room was clean and big, would be nice if there is a hair dryer provided..near to Labuan ferry terminal...

The hotel is located in the urban area, and there are various shops in the surrounding area. The shopping mall is within a 10-minute walk of the hotel. Figure 1. Although the air conditioner is placed on the side of the bed, the air supply angle is set. Figure 4. A TV is installed on the wall facing the bed, and there is a kettle and coffee pods on the table in the corner of the room. The shooting position is the area where clothes hang in the suitcase (see Figure 1). Figure 5: There is no covering in the bathroom, and the water will spill out of the area when taking a bath. Toiletries provide body soap and shampoo. Water cups are provided but no toothbrush and toothpaste are provided. The water heater is of the instant-on and instant-heat type, and the switch must be turned on on the left side of the full-length mirror when in use. Please adjust the water temperature from low to high to avoid getting hot. Another: slippers are not provided in the room, please bring your own.

Good place to Stay if your budget is your concern… Expected on the Service as the price is So cheap… 👍👍👍

Stay for 2 nights here. Room was okay, the AC was good enough to spend the whole nights. The front office staff @ Misha was kind and cheerful. One can find a Mamak shop nearby and prices are affordable. It's a good place to stay here and I will not hesitate to come again if I have a chance to visit Labuan.

Just super, it's just a bomb I really liked it, I'll buy again, I advise and you buy I'm glad I came , I didn't want to go at all but my friends persuaded me , now I realized I didn't waste my way. I'm very simply glad and such happy moments were

This is the second time I came here to stay, and I was given the same room. I was disappointed that the bathroom door in the room was broken and still not changed. If you push hard, the whole door will fall off🤦♀️ and the water hose next to the toilet wall fell off last time Yes, I still haven’t changed it this time, I’m a little disappointed, but the location of the hotel is very good, there are many gourmet restaurants nearby, and there are also many snack bars, so eating won’t make you a headache😊

Bathroom ceiling is bulging & bathroom wall marble is fungus. The TV desk, make up desk, & mini bar desk have a lot of mark especially from cigarette mark. The entrance mirror have a lot of marking, window glass have mark. They are no lift available in this building, then you’ve to climb to up stairs until 4th floor. Have LCD flat TV, old kettle, have coffee amenities complimentary, have bathroom One of the cheap hotel in Labuan. No mini fridge, no iron & ironing board, no hairdryer, no safety box. The wifi connection is look good, & aircond is functioning very well. The wifi connection is look good and connected fast. They have old furniture, make up light at desk is fused, the wall at the head of bed is peeling off, entrance door ceiling light & one of the bathroom ceiling light is not functioning. The room is cozy, but have a lot of hair on the floor. Have stained at the duvet cover, & only have 4 types of tv channels. The tv channels is limited choice. The bathroom Floor is very slippery during wet. Very strategic location, near to MarryBrown Restaurant, near to ferry terminal, near to ATM machine.

The stay was very nice. D services was was very good n their staffs very helpful. Will consider to stay again.

Highly recommend to travel in Labuan and staying here it is a better choice. - The price was cheeper - Room is comfortable, clean beautiful. - The hotel is clean. - All staff in hotel is friendly and kindly. - Easy to find food this area.
