There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby, so it's very convenient. You can get there from the airport for about RM4-5 on a Maxim or similar.
The room was clean, and there were hangers and a shoe rack, so it was easy to use. There were also plenty of electrical outlets.
The shower had plenty of hot water. Shampoo and body soap came in small tubes for 1-2 people, which was very helpful.
Coffee and tea are available free of charge in the shared space.
A deposit of RM100 is required at check-in, but it is returned at check-out.

At The Heart Of Labuan, Near Terminal Ferry and Chocolate Area.. many Food to find.. only Labuan Sleep at 8 And Above.. hahaha..
The Room is Big and Nice.. clean.. everything is good.. only no lift.. stair only..
Staff is great and helpful..
Overall.. great place to stay for solo traveler..
