Estupenda atención del personal. Presentación y limpieza general excelente y muy acogedor. Un desayuno muy rico y abundante. Dormitorio amplio, camas exquisitas, hermosas y limpias. Su ubicación es ideal, a pasos de la Plaza de Armas. Un horario de atención adecuado para sus clientes.

Mala experiencia, se demoraron una hora y cuarto en traer un par de sándwiches sencillos. Finalmente cuando trajo los sándwich ya nos íbamos. No conforme nos cobraron las 2 cervezas que habíamos pedido, la mesera amable, pero al parecer la organización es la que falla. Mal

excelente opción en Victoria, muy cuidados los detalles, muy amable la atención del personal. observaría que en la carta del restaurante aun cuando es variada, la preparación deja un poco de desear, no está bien lograda, falta información de la persona que nos atendió en cuanto a la variedad de cervezas artesanales, el punto de la carne y el salmón. teniendo más cuidado y ofreciendo algo mas honestamente chileno, podría estar mejor

Der erste Eindruck war gut. Das Restaurant empfehlenswert. Zu bemängeln ist die Information an der Reception. Wir haben wegen dem Restaurant 1 Nacht verlängrert und mussten dann am Sonntag Abend zur Kenntniss nehmen, dass es geschlossen ist. Gesagt wurde uns das nicht, jedoch waren sie erstaunt, dass das uns erzürnte. Eine Entschuldigung blieb aus. Die Zimmer sind alt und mit einem muffigen , abgewetztenTeppich ausgelegt. Das Badezimmer stand vermutlich einmal unter Wasser, was nicht oder laienhaft repariert wurde.

Buena ubicación en pleno centro de Victoria. Nos cambiaron de habitación pues hubo un error con nuestra reserva. El personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Tienen un restaurante dentro bastante bueno. Lo recomiendo en relación precio y calidad.

Fuimos a cenar con mi familia, la.comida de excelente calidad muy buena los felicito, pero al momento de querer mudadar me llevo con la desagradable noticia que no tienen mudador para cambiar, creo que para un lugar de victoria con una gastronomía para buena, no puede fallar en esas cosas que aunque sean muy mínimas marcan la diferencia.

Pésimo, tuvimos que esperar una hora y media para que nos trajeran nuestro pedido. Además cuando fuimos a dejar la queja por la espera nos dijeron que “fue nuestra culpa por no haber dicho antes”, impresentable. Lamentablemente por decir lo menos!!!!!
