Arrive later at night but before check in cut off. Office was locked and lights were out, window has blinds shut with no directions of what to do. No one answered when I called. Just so happen the lady working come out of the office while I was trying to figure out what to do. She was not rude but not friendly either. Room smelled musty, bathroom shower was disgusting. Only reason we stayed was the bed was clean and we didn’t need showers as we were only there for a few hours overnight. Would not recommend.

Room had dirt and debris in the corners of bathroom and sink area, wife and i got bit several times by some sort of bug (not bed bugs) while sleeping.

Fourth of July in MS!
We got checked in quickly. First room tv did not work and toilet was running. She moved us to another room and it was fine. AC worked well! Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was lacking at this location. There was hot coffee, waffles, apples, yogurt but only three. No boiled eggs. Ceral and milk available. Checkout was quick. We had the same lady that checked us in. She was efficient, friendly, and a pleasure to meet.

Definitely enjoyed our stay. No complaints just recommends maybe pest control because we seen a couple of spiders.

The area was okay. The breakfast was a waffle or a yogurt.
The entire king size room was smelly. Like mold/mildew.
The tile was coming up. The furniture was peeling. The water took several minutes to get warm. The tub was TINY.

Room smelled musty upon entering. Breakfast was to start at 6:30 but, at 7:45, there was no coffee, waffle iron or milk. Attendant said coffee pot wasn't working but later put coffee out. Wouldn't stay here again!

Second year in a row to stay here. Front desk staff extremely personable. Rooms are clean and generally quiet.

The shower mixing valve did not work properly and you only had Luke warm water when the valve was turned to full hot. Water was too cold to shower.
