Nous avons eu un très bon accueil petit déjeuner super***** dommage Escalier ancien avec tapis chambre côté rue beaucoup de circulation la nuit pas d'ascenseur pour les personnes handicapées et pas de parking il faut garer la voiture assez loin

Je suis venu dans cet hôtel avec peu d'attentes - mais je suis époustouflé ! Le changement de direction a donné à l'hôtel une bouffée d'air frais - de la propreté et de l'ordre des chambres aux merveilleux petits déjeuners et à la gentillesse de la direction et du personnel ! Merci pour cette merveilleuse expérience! Je le recommande vivement à tout le monde !

Oubliez tous les commentaires négatifs, l'hôtel a changé de propriétaires, les chambres ont été joliment rénovées, le buffet du petit déjeuner assure et les patronnes sont adorables ! Je recommande à tous égards. 👍

ma compagne a été refusée à l'accueil parce qu'elle venait avec un chien (information avait été prise que les animaux étaient acceptés et il ne s'agit pas d'un chien catégorisé). Aucune solution proposée, aucun remboursement possible. Et ma compagne s'est retrouvée seule sans hébergement à 23h à Vichy. Inadmissible. Après avis lu sur booking (site de réservation qui au passage n'est d'aucune utilité), ce n'est pas la première fois que l'hôtel refuse des clients qui avaient préalablement réservé. Bref à fuir

Horrible experience, je déconseille fortement cet hôtel le responsable est un menteur et un voleur qui n’attache aucune importance à ses clients n’a pas de savoir vivre et l’insulte facile NE RÉSERVEZ SURTOUT PAS ICI !!!! En plus les chambres sont petites et sans convenience , il y fait très chaud et il n’y a pas de Clim DO NOT BOOK HERE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND THE OWNER IS A LIER AND A DUMB
