Nous avons testé le menu voyage et il porte bien son nom. Nous sommes transportés dans des univers aussi surprenants que délicieux: trompe l'oeil et pied de cochon ( une tuerie) pour stimuler les papilles avant le décollage pour le monde du chef et de son équipe. Tout au long des 12 services , tout est saveur, audace, rigueur et enchantement du palais. Cerise sur le gâteau, visite des cuisines , un plus bien sympathique. Que dire du personnel, qu'il rime avec gentillesse, professionnalisme et rigueur. Et comme dirait Thierry Roland, maintenant je peux mourir!!!! Je Recommande Bravo au chef et à l'ensemble du personnel.

Nous sommes allés déjeuner mais nous avons été forts déçus. en effet, à notre humble avis pour un restaurant étoilé où nous étions allés ave plaisir il y a quelques années , cette fois ci c'était pas à notre goût et la déception était dans l'assiette. Désolés pour eux et pour nous surtout ...

C'est une maison de haute tenue. La chambre était vraiment parfaite : très bien dessinée, très bien agencée. Des attentions délicates à l'arrivée : madeleines, ananas frais, tisanes et café, eaux minérales fraiches, et pastilles Vichy bien sûr. La literie confortable et le linge immaculé. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. L'hôtel est placé idéalement. Il faut profiter de cette table exceptionnelle évidemment !

As passerby we stayed in this nice hotel in Vichy. The welcome was friendly, they tried it in English, that was nice. We had a small room at the first floor at the back of the building. The bed was great en the shower also. Had also dinner in the restaurant. The staff was friendly and the menu exceeded our expectations. There were only menu's available, not "a la carte" but we didn't care, the food was great. We forgot our tablet in the room and Mrs Decoret was so friendly to sent this to our home address, well appreciated ! We can recommend this hotel/restaurant to the future guests.

Jolie maison Second Empire, salle moderne, à la climatisation hélas trop discrète. Mises en bouche alertes boostant l'appétit. Saveurs justes et précises des mets, vaisselle magnifique. La visite de la cuisine proposée est un vrai plus.

Bel hôtel avec peu de chambres ...donc réservation obligatoire. Les chambres sont spacieuses et calme. Placé au coeur de la ville de Vichy, tout se fait à pied. Il est possible de se garer dans un parking souterrain à proximité de l'hôtel. Le personnel est très sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est un peu cher mais franchement rarement vu aussi copieux avec des produits de qualité et fait maison. tous les jours une petite attention vous attend dans le frigidaire (fruits, yaourt, gâteaux, bonbons) Le restaurant est à tester également car il vaut le détour. Nous reviendrons très certainement à Vichy et réserverons sans aucun doute dans cette maison familiale avec une ambiance familiale.
