Nice little hotel in little town. I had an efficiency room which was mostly clean -- except for a few cobwebs on the ceiling. A/C worked really well, which was great since it was hot outside.
There is no elevator.

We booked for 4 people and got attached rooms. The rooms were lovely, albeit slightly snug for 4, but as we were only there for 2 nights it was okay. The bathroom was split into two rooms- toilet, then sink and shower separately. The rooms are modern, clean and stylish with comfortable beds. The shower has great water pressure. The staff were very warm, welcoming and helpful. The hotel is located just off a lovely public square with a fountain, various restaurants and a post office. It's a nice space where kids can stretch their legs if needed. It's a short walk to just about anywhere in central Vichy that you might want to see. I highly recommend checking out the pizza restaurant just below as well as the bakery down the street. I would happily stay here again.

Very clean hotel. Nicely located in central Vichy with close access to all the main streets and restaurants/bars. Just be aware there is no lift for those who have difficulties with stairs. Staff friendly and helpful too.

Excellent 3*** hotel. Well pitched for this level. Well managed. Answers emails promptly. Bike storage. Stayed two nights with a scheduled room change executed efficiently. Rooms of a reasonable size for this type of French hotel. Handled .my scheduled but slightly complicated late arrival without hassle.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had a really comfortable bed and a small butwell appointed room. The hotel is in a superb location close to the main square but still quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. We would highly recommend this hotel!
