Отель давно нуждается в ремонте. Ассортимент шведского стола уменьшился, термальный комплекс весь обшарпан, плитка уже отлетает.
Отель совсем не соответствует 5 звёздам.

アメニティが貧弱。コーヒースティックが一本あるだけでティーバッグもなかった。ミネラルウォーターも初日だけで、ベッドメイキングのあとの補充がなかった。
部屋の清掃が終わった後に部屋に戻りくつろいでいたら、ホテルのスタッフに無断でドアを開けられた。
フロントのスタッフも感じが悪く、スパについて質問をしたら、スパのフロントで聞けと言われた。
併設のスパは快適でしたが、ホテルについては５つ星のサービスを期待するとガッカリします。

Chambre au calme. Très agréable vue sur le parc Napoleon III. Lit très confortable.
Grande salle de bain avec douche à l’italienne.
Agréable petite piscine accessible au 7ème étage de 7h à 22h (une partie en extérieur avec bec de cygne). Chaussons, tongs anti dérapante et peignoirs, mini-bar avec boissons fraîches et petit snacks).
Accès direct du 3eme étage au spa (spa en supplément).
Excellent petit-déjeuner buffet (fruits frais, différents pains, légumes, fromages locaux, petit déjeuner Anglo saxons disponible…) que l’on peut prendre en extérieur avec vue sur les magnifiques arbres du jardin Napoléon III.

We travelled to Vichy for a triathlon race and this hotel made our stay memorable! We arrived without high expectations and were very pleasantly surprised. Room & Cleanliness Although the hotel is somewhat dated, it is exceptionally clean and very well maintained. Our room and bathroom were both spacious and we especially enjoyed the large terrace. Staff & Service The staff were consistently pleasant and attentive, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Location The location is perfect — in a park by the river and only a short walk to the town centre and the train station. Food & Dining Breakfast was limited in variety but very tasty and of good quality (the crepes were a highlight). We did dine once at the hotel restaurant for dinner and while the food itself was good, the portions were small (which we didn't mind) and the prices extremely high. This was the only real disappointment of our stay, but thankfully there are plenty of great dining options nearby. Facilities We also made use of the rooftop pool, which was very pleasant and quiet — a great place to relax before or after the race :) Summary Overall, we had a very positive experience and would definitely stay here again if we return to Vichy. Thank you!
