Excelente ubicación, hotel moderno. Habitaciones cómodas y limpias. Cerca de las sources thermales Celestines y otros puntos de interés.
Cerca de la estación del tren.
Es mi segunda vez en este hotel. Me hubiese gustado que la habitación tuviera caja fuerte y una neverita.

Seuls bémols : l'employée à l'accueil pas accueillante du tout, et la chambre donnant sur la route très bruyante la nuit

Hotel avec chambres rénovées et climatisées , salles de bains avec douches de tailles correctes avec un petit plus le sèche-cheveux fourni. Petit déjeuner copieux et si vous le souhaitez il y a même un restaurant pour dîner ou souper.

Idéalement placé près du centre ville, au calme, juste derrière les Termes des Dômes et à côté des termes de Calou, très bonne insonorisation des chambres, très bonne literie. L’ambiance le rapproche d’un Ibis Style. Ménage impeccable. Très bon souvenir d’un séjour de 4 jours.

Établissement très correct petit déjeuner buffet avec produits de qualité manque des agrumes.
Thé de qualité mais serait préférable en sachets plutôt qu'en vrac.
Parking un peu cher nécessitant manoeuvres

L'accueil a été une peu "désagrable". "Vous avez réservé par Booking, donc vos payez maintenant et on vous dira après comment aller au parking" C'est un peu cavalier comme méthode ! Sinon, du pur Ibis. La localisation est bonne, permettant une bonne visite de la ville

Hôtel très bien situé : c'est le point positif Quand vous entrez dans la chambre vous ête saisi par une odeur style déodorant WC qui empeste et en plus imprègne vos habits ! Le lit est équipé d'une alèse en plastique de très mauvaise qualité qui, lorsque vous êtes allongé, fait un bruit de froissement de plastique ce qui est inacceptable dans un hôtel quel qu'il soit. Petit déjeuner correct
