First the positives. Beautiful location and grounds, very nice old buildings, spacious rooms, very good food, very friendly check-in staff.
A few negatives. There is no air conditioning so I would be concerned about staying there in July and August if you like your room cool. The pool is not heated and quite cool until you get used to it. The flies around the pool are very annoying. And our female server at dinner was not very friendly.

Прекрасная вилла, дружелюбный персонал, хорошие завтраки (за неделю ни разу не повторились виды сыра), хороший ресторан, если попадете в понедельник у них будет день пиццы, рекомендую пиццу с колбасками. На десерт советую попробовать шоколадный фондан, они готовят его безукоризненно.

The property is gorgeous, the staff was very attentive and all the requests were promptly addressed.
The room was big and clean but they don’t have AC. During the day can get warm but overnight there were no issues.
The food was delicious and the service was outstanding.
Overall we highly recommend this property.

Struttura meravigliosa immersa nella campagna,ottima colazione ricca di sapori
L’unica pecca sono gli arredi delle camere,vecchio stile ma poco pratici ad occupare gli spazi non abbandonati
Fiori finti terribile che richiamano solo polvere
L’aria condizionata nelle camere purtroppo è affidata a vecchi pinguini molto grossi,rumorosi con il tubo che ovviamente non permette la chiusura della finestra
Anche la luce è molto scarsa
Detto ciò vale davvero la pena soggiornarci

Magnifica Villa circondata da un paesaggio stupendo. Ogni angolo, sia all'interno che all'esterno è curato nei minimi particolari. E' un piacere rilassarsi con un libro e/o gustoso bicchiere di vino al sole o all'ombra, sui prati o al bordo della piscina : gli unici rumori sono i cinguettii degli uccellini. Le persone che vi lavorano sono di una gentilezza e professionalità non comune. La colazione è superlativa sia come qualità di tutta l’offerta che di varietà: un 10. Se si è fortunati col tempo e si fa colazione nella magnifica terrazza allora l'esperienza è un 10++. Piatti deliziosi ed una curata carta dei vini allietano le cene. Ah, quasi dimenticavo: l'olio di oliva di produzione propria buonissimo, morbido ed elegante. E' un posto ideale per una vacanza completa .

Sitting on the balcony or terrace overlooking the olive groves or looking at the valley framed by the trees ,enjoying the peace only disturbed by the chattering of the birds all your problems seem to disappear.The scenery is enhanced by the warm welcome and the friendly and helpful staff. If you are looking for a restful place to come back to after exploring the surrounding countryside ,nearby towns or even Florence this is the place for you. I have come back to busy London Town rested and with memories of breakfast on the terrace and snoozes on the balcony in the sun to keep me going.

This resort was the definition of peaceful. We went during late March as part of our honeymoon trip and it was beautiful! The staff are all wonderful and sweet. The food was great and the view paired with it made it worth the stay. They are very affordable for what felt like staying in a castle! The resort offered many things to do in all seasons so we would like to go back in the future to see what summer is like there!
