The good: Very nice staff, nice lobby and breakfast area, great location, clean.
The bad: TINY room, faded, patchy carpeting that we would not walk barefoot on, very disappointing.

Lovely hotel and staff
Went for a 3 night stay after visiting Lucca. Lovely clean and well appointed hotel on the main *****, next to all local amenities. Staff were really friendly and helpful, and the place was spotless. Verandas and rooftop amenities were great. Excellent Italian breakfast included and air condition in the room was a welcome return after temps of 35c plus during the day. Lots of Local restaurants nearby and a very short walk to fish heaven at the marina restaurants and street/ boat food. Went to the beach one day, only advise would be check the best private provider as they can vary greatly.

Went along for the annual Carnivale. Hotel was located right on the edge of the route so you could walk out and watch the parade.
Staff were great. Able to assist with every request even my desperate need for a strong coffee the night after the festival.
Only 10 minutes walk from the train station and two minutes to the beach.
Continental breakfast was also delicious and a lot to choose from.
