Big hotel, room not very clean, prices very high compared to the service they give. There is a swimming pool not accessible and they have not put anything on the Internet.

Room not really clean, mattress dismantled without mattress cover or topper. Flat pillows.
We paid 25€ extra, for bringing a chihuahua, for a room that paid 63€ for one night.

Soggiorno di 1 notte in occasione del capodanno al principino di Piemonte. Ambienti semplici e moderni. L’hotel in generale risulta abbastanza pulito. Camera per 3 persone un po’ piccola e letti non comodissimi. Bagno senza finestra. Personale alla reception gentilissimo. Colazione caotica, pochi tavoli a disposizione degli ospiti e con poco personale. Cameriera scontrosa e ineducata. Nel complesso, l’esperienza è stata positiva. Valutazione 7/10

Esperienza pessima. Per la seconda volta ho trovato condizioni igieniche inaccettabili. In modo particolare nel mio ultimo soggiorno ho trovato il bagno in condizioni pietose, peli in tutti i sanitari e nella doccia. Il bidè palesemente non pulito
