Big hotel, room not very clean, prices very high compared to the service they give. There is a swimming pool not accessible and they have not put anything on the Internet.

Room not really clean, mattress dismantled without mattress cover or topper. Flat pillows.
We paid 25€ extra, for bringing a chihuahua, for a room that paid 63€ for one night.

Questo hotel ha una posizione impeccabile per quanto riguarda vicinanza autostrada, mare e ristoranti vari, nonché in occasione del carnevale di Viareggio (attenzione perché molto lontano a piedi, ma si può lasciare la macchina comodamente lì davanti). Avevamo una stanza col sole diretto al mattino, quindi vista interna e non strada: una tragedia! Molto bella la porta-finestra completamente in vetro, ma la temperatura in camera, da come è sorto il sole, era insopportabile. Abbiamo alzato la ventola e abbassato la temperatura, dovevamo solo accendere l'aria condizionata. Un caldo davvero eccessivo. Al mattino mi sono resa conto che la federa del letto di mio figlio era sporca e le lenzuola ingiallite lungo tutto il bordo. Molto complicato e direi anche un po pericolo, per chi ha figli, aprire e far scorrere la porta finestra, estremamente pesante. Bagno con molti prodotti, compreso il detergente intimo. Colazione a buffet intercontinentale, ma molto caotica, forse per la grande affluenza del carnevale. Ci sono state chieste le bevande calde quando avevamo praticamente finito colazione. Gentile lo staff. Bella l'idea dell'acqua offerta all'ingresso.
