Abbiamo soggiornato all'Hotel Cilene con il nostro cane nel periodo di Pasqua e ci siamo trovati davvero bene! Colazione a buffet varia, la cena era sempre molto buona con piatti abbondanti. Camere pulite quotidianamente. Massimiliano e il suo staff sono stati davvero gentili e comprensivi anche nei confronti della nostra cucciola di Golden Retriever che abbiamo potuto portare con noi! Di fronte all'hotel c'è una bellissima pineta dove poter fare passeggiate con il cane; è anche vicinissimo al mare. Grazie davvero per questa settimana di relax! Super consigliato!

Hotel in ottima posizione, comodo per arrivare al mare, di fronte alla pineta, dove si può passeggiare con il cagnolino in tranquillità, camera pulita e sanificata e seppure di piccole dimensioni, dotata di tutti i comfort, set di cortesia, asciugacapelli e frigorifero, ottima colazione a buffet ed ottima cucina per la cena, piatti preparati con cura, davvero deliziosi. Gentilezza e cortesia del personale, attento a soddisfare le richieste. Unica nota sottotono il bagno davvero piccolo, con la doccia un po' scomoda, ma ci si può adattare. I parcheggi sono tutti a pagamento e comunque si fa fatica a trovarlo vicino, quindi conviene scaricare il bagaglio ed allontanarsi un pochino. Hotel da consigliare.

La Struttura si trova a 15 minuti dalla stazione, e poco meno dal lungomare, di fronte a una pineta. C'è possibilità di parcheggio lungo la strada a pagamento. La nostra camera era abbastanza piccola, come il bagno, ideale per pochissimi giorni perché nei nostri 4 giorni è cominciata a stare troppo stretta, con vista interna. Il bagno anch'esso piccolino. In compenso la struttura è davvero pulita, e in una zona tranquilla di Viareggio, pochi passi dal centro. La colazione è molto varia, da una piccola scelta di salato ad una più grande di dolce. Il personale è sempre stato gentile e disponibile a ogni necessità. Inoltre, è una struttura Pet Frendly, anche se non abbiamo animali per noi è rilassante vedere queste interazioni.

Early morning train to switzerland was cancelled on the platform. Booked the room to stay the night and leave early next morning. The hotel manager allowed us to check in over 2 hours early and was incredibly friendly. There’s a very sweet receptionist, Irene who was super friendly and very helpful as well as a very cute dog walking around the lobby. 5 minute or less walk to the beach, nice bathroom, bed was nicer than expected given previous experiences in the town. Air condition was sufficient. For the price would 11/10 recommend to anyone staying in Viareggio.

Very nice hotel, welcoming rooms with all the necessities, very kind cleaning staff, every morning they carefully cleaned our room, the excellent breakfast had everything from sweet to savory, all types of drinks, the very kind owner asked you every day if everything was fine, we will definitely return.
