This was one of the best and most unique hotels we've ever visited. The location is perfect, there are tons of shops, restaurants, and bakeries, plus several historical sites and museums that are must-see. The hotel's chocolate museum is truly an incredible experience, especially in the education of the history of chocolate and the cocoa bean. And the chocolate products themselves are fantastic. We highly recommend this hotel if you are planing to visit this town.

simple check in,lifts if you need,my room was of a good size and had everything to make for a great stay which made my 6 nights in viana fly by.perhaps i am old fashioned or a bit of a prude but glass around the toilet and shower is not my thing.having said that,all the staff i spoke with be it on reception or the cleaners were very friendly and genuine.

Nice Breakfasr and nice quirky rooms. Parking can be an issue, but the hotel gives advice and helps.
