When I'm near Catania I always book here. Courteous and professional staff. Excellent breakfast, both sweet and savory variety. Quiet area. The cleanliness of the rooms, dinner at the restaurant and the Spa services were more than satisfactory. Also more than satisfied for the quality-price ratio.

Throughly enjoyed our time of rest in this wonderful resort. Everyone here is friendly and polite, willing to help even crossing over the language barrier. Our stay was made so special by the Maitre Dee of the restaurant, Matteo Item who served us, he was ever so polite and friendly and his recommendations superb. He represents the true Italian culture of care and concern. All together an experience that makes you want to return soon.

Poor value for money. Expensive with no local character. Poorest breakfast we have had in all of Sicily. Could not provide electric jug to make tea in the room (many smaller cheaper hotels happily have done this).

Breakfast waiters are not very friendly and unwilling to assit. None ever welcomed us or smiled to us on our 3 days stay. We had a small child with us and none of the breakfast waiters seemed to be pleased with her presence in the breakfast room to a point where we felt uncomfortable and unwanted. It was a horrible breakfast experience which we never encountered in any other hotels, not even in other hotels in Catania. Also, breakfast replenishment is very slow whilst rooms are very hot, especially those on the 3rd floor with a non-functional AC. We will never visit again.

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and you cannot get away, since a taxi would cost 50 EUR for 10 km according to the reception. Additionally the hotel tries to make money of you at every step. I had booked a late check out for 50 EUR, first the wanted to bill me additional 5 EUR for the pool , 3 EUR for a bathing cap and at check out they tried to make me pay an additional 40 EUR for the late check out. The pool closes at 5 pm, which is ridiculous for a self styled "resort hotel". And there are almost no deck chairs for hotel guests since most are reserved by day guests. All in all a really unpleasant experience.

We stayed for three nights as we were attending a wedding locally. The hotel was lovely and the staff were first class. Everyone was very helpful and extremely friendly. Unfortunately the pool and spa area were out of action but it didn't matter as we spent time outside around the pool. The barman was also very friendly and knowledgeable about the drinks he served. I would definitely recommend the hotel for a short visit as there isn't much to do locally

Rather dated rooms, some very small (bring a very small cat). It is close to the town where there are a number of places to eat, but it also has a very good restaurant. It is close the main road but there is little noise,

My husband and I took advantage of the spa and a couple's massage, and I must say that we were welcomed impeccably. The girls are very kind and professional, ready to meet any guest needs and explain the services. The structure is complete, large and clean. A special thanks to Ada and Emanuela, who with their super massage gave us 50 minutes of pure relaxation and gave us so much energy 💕💕💕

Villa Itria accommodation facility with adjoining Spa, couples treatment with relaxing massage, and finally dinner in the restaurant, where you will find the very kind and friendly maitre MATTEO, ready to satisfy every culinary need who will explain each dish to you, the fruit salad prepared by him personally is delicious prepared... even my gluten intolerance was satisfied with ease... what can I say recommended, we will definitely be back!!!

Hotel guests for a couple of days, at the end of a short tour in southern Sicily, among the services the cuisine stood out with excellent quality dishes. Praise goes to the chef, to the dining room staff for their kindness and helpfulness and in particular to the maître Matteo.
