We booked a room for 4 and were upgraded, at no extra cost, to a very large apartment within the hotel.
Very well located, restaurants very close.
It lacks a bit of modernity, but the stay was very comfortable.

Definitely won’t recommend this place. Not ready for Checkin on time despite assuring us it will be ready on time beforehand. Poor security - and no after hours contact available. Room clean but very dated and not in a good condition. Staff unhelpful to say the least.

The studios are nice and clean, easy to access, with all the necessary equipment to get organized. The proximity to the train station, the lake and the city center with the market square make it a convenient location. Welcoming and responsive host.

Der Duschvorhang war alt, schmuddelig und kaputt. Stühle waren dreckig, der Kühlschrank kaputt, WC war innen dreckig. Einfach ist gut, aber, das ist einfach nur lieblos, desinteressiert und schmuddelig. Kleiderschrank mit Duvet drinnen stank nur, wenn man ihn geöffnet hat. Die Wäsche und die Handtücher waren dafür sauber.

A disaster, the room smelled like the kitchen downstairs, the floor was sticky and there were fingerprints everywhere. I have rarely seen such a dirty room! We slept in our clothes and didn't even want to shower in there. A shame for a Swiss hotel!
