Nice hotel in a good location
Needed a hotel to stay at for the night. Service was excellent, room was a bit dirty when we arrived but they cleaned it quickly, the complimentary breakfast was great. Overall great hotel.

Manque d’oreilles adaptes, interdit de fumer sur les balcons et terrasses des chambres (menace d’amende mais ce n’était pas précisé.). Tarif négocié en direct dans le cadre d’une conférence mais facture augmentée et SURTOUT déclenchement d’alarme incendie en pleine nuit et aucun personnel présent dans l’hôtel!!! C’est nous qui avons pu ouvrir aux pompiers (fausse alerte heureusement), puis re-fausse alerte et là quelqu’un s’était déplacé. En bref c’est impensable et encore plus pour un établissement se disant haut de gamme. Pas un mot d’excuse, pas un geste envers la clientèle et facture augmentée non négociable car il n’y avait qu’une employée et pas de responsable. Nous sommes furieux.
