The staff was kind and courteous, the lobby very inviting, the free breakfast was delicious, modern decor was pretty as well

Unsanitary hotel!!!!! They don't change sheets on the beds, black mold in ice machine, urine in beds they just cover with mattress pads. No specific rooms for pets, housekeepers caught using toilet rags for wiping the counter and showers. Mildew and soap scum buildup in the showers.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The rooms are always sparkling clean and smell super fresh it’s like walking into a little slice of heaven. The staff? Totally awesome and ready to go the extra mile to make your stay perfect. Breakfast is a delight with plenty of grab and go options, perfect for those early mornings. The whole place has such a cheerful vibe, and you can tell everyone there is genuinely happy. Can’t wait to come back!

The housekeepers don’t change the bedding they just pull the blankets up and remake bed. I’ve machines have black mold in them they wanted to clean with a magic eraser. Floors are dirty because most don’t clean floors or they use straight hot water instead of floor cleaner. Blinds are broke in more than half the rooms. A lot of rooms with dirty AC filters and store chemicals on the same shelves breakfast food is kept on in the kitchen. Housekeepers caught using dirty toilet towels to wipe the counters.
