Best Western le Relais du Vigneron

Short overnight stay, our room was very clean and comfortable. The highlight was having our dinner at the hotel restaurant. Food was delicious and the service was great. Sampled some local champagne and ended up ordering a bottle. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful surprise! Recently renovated, AC in the rooms, sound proof windows nice setting, hotel stretches over several buildings, some nice and old good services, English and German spoken, parking space available great english and continental breakfast, nice patio, champagne, ...

A quite place, superbly located in the middle of the "cote des blancs" (only 15 minute from "bling bling" Epernay) with an outstanding service. Your wellbeing is very important for the staff, and you feel it. Rooms well equipped and restaurant has a good value.

Reception staff and check was excellent welcoming and helpful. Trying to get a drink in the bar was difficult - no staff. Staff member from reception came to help but process was very slow as he was attempting two jobs. Paying for drinks even slower. Ate in hotel restaurant Terre de Craie, possibly worst eating experience I have ever had. Tasteless food, unpleasant service. Set menu with only two choices of starter and main course. Ended up with salmon Mouch Bouch, salmon starter, sole main. All equally bland. If only we could have ordered the filet mignon and frites advertised on the bar. But were told NON not for you!
