Perfect accommodation! The room can be compared with 4-star hotels. The hall gorgeously decorated even has a coffee machine. It might be a little panic at first when I couldnt find the address

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura in occasione di un concerto in Arena, ma è sicuramente adatta anche per visitare la città. Posizione comodissima, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi sia dalla stazione che dal centro; diversi bar e ristoranti a pochi metri. Il palazzo è molto silenzioso, la stanza pulitissima, ampia ed accogliente, ma la vera sorpresa è stato il bagno: spazioso, con una doccia grande e addirittura il doppio lavandino! Ciliegina sulla torta la gentilezza di Federica, che ci ha accolto e fornito tutte le informazioni utili al soggiorno. Molto pratica la gestione in autonomia delle chiavi. Assolutamente consigliato!

This is an ideal location in the centre of Verona for an overnight stay. 5 min walk to the arena for the opera at a very good price plus the bonus of parking which is not easy to find in the city! Apartment was clean and quiet. An iron would be a bonus but one was not available. Staff were so helpful at all stages of booking. I would just suggest information is sent via what’s app 24 hours before not a few minutes before arrival as guests do not always have wifi when travelling,

It was the worst experience I've ever had in years of traveling. The check-in process is terrible. You only receive the information minutes before 3pm. If you don't have internet, you'll be on the street! I stayed for 2 days and there was simply there was NO HOT WATER! We didn't take a shower for two days. Terrible! There were leaks in the bathroom that left it all wet. To make matters worse, on the last day the power went out in the apartment (only in the apartment, the whole building had it) and we were left in the dark. I left the apartment in the middle of the night to go to another hotel.

per chi desidera visitare Verona, avere una soluzione di pernottamento comodissima al centro, pulita, con persona simpatica e disponibilissima e con parcheggio!! Camere ariose e confortevoli, silenziose e pratiche. Alla prossima!

pulizia davvero scarsa e pessimo trattamento da parte dei gestori: abbiamo trovato peli sui sanitari, macchie sul divano, sputo di dentifricio nel lavabo…. abbiamo scritto per segnalare il problema di poca pulizia e la mancanza di altri cuscini in camera - quelli presenti erano bassissimi. ci hanno riposto senza nemmeno scusarsi o venire a controllare lo stato della camera e dicendo che gli altri cuscini erano nell’armadio. ho fatto presente loro che l’armadio era vuoto e chiesto dove avrei potuto trovarli: messaggio visualizzato e non risposto per tutto il resto del soggiorno che per fortuna è durato solo una notte in cui ho dovuto dormire con dei vestiti sotto il cuscino per poterlo alzare un po’ e non avere la schiena a pezzi al risveglio. cos’altro dire? certe persone non dovrebbero avere la possibilità di gestire strutture turistiche. E le recensioni ottime? Davvero non le riesco a capire.

Di solito scelto hotel con reception, ma è stata una piacevole sorpresa. Posizione centrale, a fianco dell'alloggio c'è il garage da pagare a parte. Si accede in una cucina comune con macchina da caffè, poi si passa ad ampia stanza con ampio bagno privato. A 2 passi dalla centralissima piazza Brà. Unico neo il materasso troppo molle e quindi scomodo

Rooms in the center of a very quiet building. New, well furnished, large room with mega smart television, kettle and coffee machine. Large bathroom equipped with all comforts. The girl who welcomed us was very kind and quickly solved a small problem. The only flaw is that the pillows are very low and only one per person. Excellent value for money
