Posto carino camera essenziale , centrale e facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dal centro, è proprio vicino a piazza delle erbe ; il personale telefonico è stato gentilissimo e ci ha dato la camera prima dell’orario per poter lasciare il bagaglio; unica nota negativa , che migliorerei, è specificare nell annuncio che non si possono lasciare i bagagli se si arriva in anticipo (anche se noi abbiamo facilmente risolto) e che sono ammessi animali domestici, in quanto non per forza tutti quanti vogliono condividere lo spazio intimo della notte dove possono transitare in qualche modo gli animali; manca bidet ; è stato comunque un buon soggiorno , gestione autonoma del check in e delle chiavi , presenza di tv con anche netflix e vari canali e piattaforme video disponibili

No check in information was provided. No one answered when I rang the contact number. Luckily a maintenance person was passing and he helped. The room smelt of cigarette and the maintenance guy tried to say it was the air freshener he used. In fact I think it may have been that they allowed smoking right outside the windows of the room. Things got worse then, even though my booking was clearly for a comfort room with double bed and sofa bed for my son they setup the room for 2 adults. I know I specified this in my reservation but that information somehow got lost in the booking system. They then tried to charge another 35€ for my son, even though TCs says 15€ - I felt I was being conned. To top it off the bath or shower leaked all over the floor and they tried to say it was us rather than leaky plumbing. We left and found somewhere else to stay, an incredibly frustrating experience and I would strongly suggest you avoid this place and stay elsewhere. There was no acceptance of any wrong doing on their part and their attitude was very, very disappointing.

PESSIMO! Abbiamo prenotato una suite 2 adulti ed un bambino con divano letto PAGATA PROFUMATAMENTE . Arriviamo all 1 di notte , Il divano è stato presentato chiuso, all apertura privo di lenzuola e cuscino che non c erano da nessuna parte. Mio figlio ha dovuto dormire nelle tovaglie da bagno stese sul divano letto. Vasca idromassaggio all apparenza bellissima peccato che non funzionasse L acqua fredda e la funzione idromassaggio. All apertura dell acqua sentiamo un rumore terribile provenire da fuori ( sicursmente il motorino dell acqua rotto o comunque difettoso) . Non abbiamo avuto L accoglienza di nessuno, ne all andata e neanche al ritorno. Veramente pessimo! Non la consiglio

Struttura carina sebbene i bagni siano vecchiotti e molto vicina alla fiera, peccato per la pulizia veramente scarsa. Appena entrati abbiamo visto che il bagno era sporco con polvere e capelli sul lavandino. Addirittura nel mobile del bagno abbiamo trovato un pezzo di panino del burger king avvolto dentro della carta... Di prodotti da bagno erano presenti solo il sapone per le mani e un dispenser nella doccia, mentre per la colazione merendine squagliate e fette biscottate senza marmellata.

Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte, ma è situato in una buonissima posizione vicino a tutto sia al centro che alla fiera o ad altre attrazioni come il museo children x bambini! Camera molto grande, pulita, bagno con vasca e qualche snack x la colazione, buonissimo rapporto qualità prezzo per essere a Verona!

Ok hotel for a stopover to visit Verona, and more like a hostel than a hotel with i.e. shared bathroom. Pretty far out of the center of town. Yet the staff was very friendly and while the place itself could do with some maintenance and upgrades (like the mattresses) it was a convenient place for our trip to Verona.

Condizioni igienico sanitarie pessime mai visto un posto così! Abbiamo pernottato in quella che hanno il coraggio di definire suite. Interruttori della luce (una volta bianchi) resi marroni dallo sporco, bagno composto da finte "pseudo erbette" piene di polvere e cicche di sigaretta ma la cosa in assoluto più raccapricciante che abbia mai visto è che l'occorrente per la colazione si trova all'ingresso su un piano appoggiato al muro dove è attaccato in bella mostra quello che sembra del muco rappreso lasciato lì da qualche ospite precedente. È davvero assurdo che la signora delle pulizie non se ne sia accorta . Foto di seguito.
