Host's english was so hard to understand.
So check-in takes so many time.
He didn't get a call when I called twice.
Also, I couldn't see him while I stay.

Beb centrale, vicino l’arena di Verona, molto pulito e funzionale, personale gentile e disponile.. la mattina non c’era acqua calda ma in 5 minuti hanno risolto.. ci siamo trovate molto bene.. lo consiglio per visitare Verona..

This place was very close to the historic district. It had a small fridge in room for a few items. It was clean, the room and the common areas, and the room was a good size. The kitchenette area had a kettle, some dishes and silverware, and a coffee maker, and a sink. The walls were a bit thin and noise carried easily. There are two bathrooms, one has a shower stall and the other has a full tub, where I only found the tub room on the last day of my stay. The instructions to enter the property were easy to follow. This property is a short walk of about 20 minutes from the train station and was very safe. There is an Aldi nearby. I would stay here again.

Bof
Bien que prévenu nous n avions pas compris que l'on parlait de la chambre entière qui n avait pas de salle de bain...nous pensions que c était le faurv d avoir 2 lits... bref au temps du COVID et en 2022 c est limité de louer ce genre d endroit.
Et pour moi b&b veut dire petit déjeuné..

Would choose another option
Shared bathroom and shower, you hear all other guests entering/exiting their rooms and going to the bathroom.
Not really AC in the room, was very hot in the evening. At some point it was turned on.
