The location is fantastic, right behind the arena and close to restaurants and markets and the main attractions. The apartments are outfitted superbly. We had a one bedroom apartment and the bed, toilet and amenities were very good. There is elevator access to the rooms. It is a charming, modern place nestled amongst old buildings and had a great feel

Absolutely superb stay! So pleased we chose Palazzo Ciopeta. Location = A . Ticked away in the old city of Verona. Our room was luxurious & thoughtfully & beautifully designed. We appreciated all the attention to the details. You can tell that the comfort of their guests is of utmost importance. Alessia is a delightful property host! Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time in the Palazzo Ciopeta (room Terra Rossa) and would highly recommend this hotel when staying in Verona. The hotel is located very centrally with all sights in close distance, but also close proximity to some nice and more quiet spots (e.g. around the river or less crowded districts) - we could also reach the train station easily for arrival and departure. The hotel and rooms are beautifully designed - with lots of attention to the details (e.g. brochures, art pieces, etc.). We loved the design of our room (wonderful bathroom) and we felt really comfortable (spacious room, well equipped minibar, cozy sofa, great bed). Communication with the owners was very pleasant: always fast to respond and very helpful.

Wonderful, comfortable, easy accessible location, well accessorized and above and beyond customer service. One of the best places we’ve booked in Italy. Alessia was incredibly helpful and welcoming, making the experience all worth the time and tariff for staying at the Palazo Kudos!

We had a wonderful experience at Palazzo Ciopeta in the stylish -and super clean- Terra di Verona suite. Alessia is a fantastic host, providing a high level of professionalism, warmth, and practicality. The pre-arrival information and videos she gives are very helpful in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. It's great that she shares her local knowledge and recommendations for shops, bars, restaurants, and cultural places in Verona, adding a personal touch to the experience. We had a very enjoyable experience and will go back when visiting Verona again!
