As a Hilton Honors member you look forward to each hotel experience. Upon our stay we were not aware that room service was only every other day. So when that day came we had the nicest house keeper Victoria that got our room back in tip top condition for the rest of our stay. It was this little "BIG" thing that made the rest of our stay feel like home!

I must say this one of Best stays at a hotel I’ve had in a while. First walked into the lobby and it smelled Great. Everyone on all shifts was so very friendly and was never bothered with questions or requests. Clean rooms and amenities. Thanks to Ms Sabrina, Sharon, Victoria, and Ansy.

The best part about this hotel is the staff. They made us feel so welcomed and at home. Sharon helped us on our morning of check out during breakfast and she was incredibly kind and warm. Breakfast was impressive for continental. She made sure to keep the coffee fresh and hot which is not the norm for hotels. The lobby area was cute and clean. The rooms could use a little love and upkeep but they were clean and stocked!

Most hotels allow for their pools to be open until 9-10 while this one closes at sunset which was very disappointing. When it came time for breakfast, Ms Sharon was the best. We had the best time visiting with her while she took care of everything and made sure all the guests had what they needed.

Sabrina at the front desk is superb. She is friendly, efficient, and flexible. The rooms and entire hotel were clean and comfortable.
