Dropped in and had vacancy. Tara was able to find a discount w triple A but I wasn’t aware of the additional charges as no paperwork was provided at time of booking. Seems there was an issue with key cards so there was a lengthy wait for an escort to room. Seems odd as this happened previously and extra staff was around but they were not on top of addressing speedy service. Room was nice, TV centered so could be viewed from setting area as well bed area. Beds were comfy. Room was pretty warm when we arrived and really wanted it cooler. AC was ok once I adjusted it. GIDEON BIBLE in room. Used the laundry—since higher end hotel could have been upgraded to digital. We returned later to get a key cards so again long wait and some confusion with not verifying which room I had. Breakfast was good. Would have appreciated some accommodation after the whole key snafu but only response I got was they would tell management.

This Marriott property met every expectation except the pool was COLD. We stayed one night in room 301 ($171) PROS: easy, free parking,clean, nice linens, great room layout, comfortable bed, very quiet. Pool, hot tub and workout room in good shape. The breakfast was above par and lots of seating options. CONS: Door to our room was crooked which let in light at side & bottom. The window covering wasn't wide enough and let in light. We looked forward to a swim after a long drive, but pool was much too cold! Te Pool room was hot and humidoverall recommend, but be aware of stated issues.

I just have to recommend this hotel without even have stayed here! This is why, my husband and I were going to this hotel after staying in Estes Park Co. in June of this year. I had always wanted to visit this area of Utah because of the dinosaur park. We had spent 2 nights in Estes when I became really ill and we had to return home. This was the night before we were to drive to Springhill Suites. We had reservations. My husband called them and explained why we were cancelling and because it was the night before our arrival, we expected nothing. They were the nicest, cancelled our stay and charged us nothing. I don't believe many hotels would do this! This park is still on my bucket list and when we come back this is the only place we will stay! Thank you Springhill Suites in Vernal Connie

Very nice hotel with good amenities. Room was a good size and with an unusual design. Plenty of room for four adults. Comfy beds and very clean. Would have been nice to have fresh fruit at breakfast. Otherwise a good stay

Nice room, well appointed, very clean, comfortable bed. I was only surprised that the room was not made up on the second day (policy) during our 3 day stay.

Overall it was a nice place but I had a bad odor. We had to change rooms and in the second room we had to leave the window open throughout the stay. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff very friendly.

We had an absolute great stay from check in to check out. Room, parking, & facilities were only topped by the staff we had the opportunities to meet.
